Open Position: Part-Time Sales Stylist
We are looking for a part-time Sales Stylist to join our Santa Monica boutique, who understands our design aesthetic, as well as what it takes to provide a superior client experience and proactively collaborate towards team goals.
Who you are:

As a SKFJ Sales/Stylist, you will:
- Schedule, host, and facilitate client appointments that manifest sales as well as custom orders
- Create a welcoming and professional luxury retail environment
- Possess solid working knowledge of our Collection, including metals and gems, as well as vintage jewelry to educate and sustain client engagement. (Gemology background a plus!)
- Obtain client contact information to support ongoing outreach and connection
- Organize and follow through with all sales leads to completion for in store and online/phone inquiries
- Serve as liaison between SKFJ production team and clients
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Candidate requirements:
- Outstanding customer service and ability to connect with our clientele with ease and confidence
- Experience with digital or other CRM tools to manage and service all new leads and clients (Client book is a plus)
- Excellent comprehension and implementation of sales methods and procedures
- Accurate, personable and eloquent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and follow-through as a valuable team member
- Fluent with computer systems and operations
- Knowledge of current fashion, jewelry, and design trends
- Holiday and weekend work is required

Open Position: E-Commerce Coordinator
Are you creative, organized and a compelling writer? Do you enjoy the fine details of jewelry, design and spreadsheets? Do you love working on a close-knit team to produce beautiful content? If so, we may have a perfect role for you as E-Commerce Coordinator at SKFJ!
Objective:
In this role, you would coordinate all digital assets for e-commerce and social media campaigns across multiple platforms. You would also be responsible for planning and organizing photo shoots, creating and managing new product spreadsheets, copywriting and coordinating graphics/marketing materials among team members. Must be a collaborative team player with a positive, initiative-taking attitude.
This is a part-time position (20hrs/week) with room for growth.
Responsibilities Include:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the SKFJ brand identity
- Coordinate and support marketing objectives for the SKFJ site and Social Media platforms
- Write product copy, blog posts, captions that align with brand’s tone, voice, and personality and SEO goals
- Manage New Arrivals, and other incoming product spreadsheets and associated digital files
- Organize photo shoots

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years relevant work experience
