Do you offer financing?

We offer financing through Citi Bank’s Jeweler's Reserve card. There is no annual fee and it's quick and easy to apply online!

My credit card was declined but I have the funds in my account. How can I checkout?

Your bank is most likely protecting you from potential fraud! Since we are an e-commerce luxury site, flagging is common. Just give your bank a quick call and let them know you approve the purchase and you should be able to run it again.

Do you offer insurance?

We highly recommend insuring your Sofia Kaman Fine Jewels purchases. We don’t offer insurance through us, but a company we love and trust is Jeweler’s Mutual Insurance, an insurance company that specializes solely in jewelry. Just like you’d purchase insurance for a car or home, jewelry insurance is imperative for peace of mind and protects against loss, theft, damage or mysterious disappearance. We are happy to provide a record of purchase, detailing the specs of your jewelry, that is accepted by most insurance companies to determine replacement value.

Are your stones conflict-free or eco-friendly?

Sustainability is important to us. We are proud to support the Kimberley Process, a United Nations effort to prevent conflict diamonds from entering the mainstream diamond market. We also work with recycled vintage stones that were mined over 100 years ago. For another eco-friendly diamond option, we are proud to source lab grown diamonds from Diamond Foundry.

Are your stones certified?

We typically only certify stones over one carat. If you’d like to have your stone certified please let us know as it will need to be taken out of the setting and sent to the lab. Pricing is on a case by case basis and will include labor, service charge and lab certificate.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. As we often create customized items based on your unique specifications of size and metal choice, we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may exchange your purchase within seven (7) business days of receipt of goods for an item that is of equal or greater value than the item purchased. Personalized, custom, engraved, rush or sale orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

I received my ring but it is not the right size. How do I fix this?

We are happy to resize for you! Engagement rings purchased at full price receive one complimentary sizing. Sizings typically range from $50-$150 + shipping depending on size and metal. More info here. Please reach out to us here for more sizing inquiries.

Do you offer repairs?

We stand behind the quality of our work and are happy to repair any Sofia Kaman Fine Jewels item purchased from our retail or online shop. Products purchased through our authorized retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair. For more information on pricing and handling, please click here.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Proper care is imperative for long-lasting, beautiful jewelry. We suggest storing your items in a designated box and removing them before sleep and exercise. Check out our care tips here!
